Wasabi Mayonnaise Dressing

Wasabi 20 Gm
Mayonnaise 150 Ml
Sesame oil 20 Ml
  1. Mix and whisk well wasabi and mayonnaise add in sesame oil

Pan Seared Ichimi Pepper tuna

Fresh Tuna Loin 400 Gm
Nanami pepper 50 Gm
  1. Coast the tuna with Nanami pepper, pan fried the tuna Loin for 30 sec each side cool down
  2. Slice the tuna to 5 slicer about 150gm

Balsamic vinegar dressing

Balsamic vinegar 500 Ml
Mustard 150 Gm
Onion Finely Chopped 2 Nos
Salt & Pepper To Taste
  1. In a mixing blow add in mustard and vinegar wisp well add in onion
    slowly whisk  in the olive oil, seasoning to taste
  2. To Plate
    In a mixing blow add 100 gm salad leaf mix with 20ml  balsamic dressing.
  3. On a plate design the Wasabi mayonnaise,Add the Sliced Tuna on top of wasabi mayonnaise and salad leaf on the side
