Deep Fried Beer Batter Fish & Chip sever with Lemon Habanero Tartar Sauce

Beer Batter for Fish 

Plain Flour 2 Cup
 Salt Fine 1 Tea Spoon
Ground Black Pepper 1/2 TeaSpoon
Beer 2 Cup
Fresh Egg 3 Nos
  1. In big blow add in beer, salt, ground black pepper, use a whisk to mix until smooth.Set aside rest for 10 min
  2. Fold in the egg keep in fridge for an hour  before use.

Serrano Vinegar 

 Serrano Vinegar 240 Gm
 White Wine Vinegar 100 Gm
Red Chilli Pibi 175 Gm
Salt Fine 530 Gm
  1. In a sauce pan add in serrano vinegar and white wine vinegar bring to simmer add in salt and chilli pibi simmer for 2 min.
  2. Set aside rest at room temperature for 8 hour to get the favour in.

Lemon Habanero Tartar Sauce

Fresh Lemon Juice 3 Cup
Mayonnaise 1 1/2 cup
Anchovy Fillet Chopped 2 Pcs
Cornichon Chopped  6 Nos
Caper Chopped 2 tablespoon
 salt & Pepper to Taste
  1. In a sauce pan bring lemon juices to boil lower dow the heat and let it reduce to 1/2 a cup. Set aside to cool.
  2. Chop the anchovy fillet, cornichon and caper,
  3. In a blow add in 2 tablespoons of reduced lemon juices, mayonnaise chopped anchovy fillet, chopped cornichon and  chopped caper use a whisk to mix well season to taste, rest in fridge for for 8 hour before sever.

Deep Fried Beer Batter Fish & Chip

God Fish Fillet 4 Fillet about 800 Gm
Plain Flour 1/2 Cup
 Salt & pepper to taste

French Fried 400 Gm
  1. In a big pot heat up the cooking oil to 185 degree.
  2. In a tray season the fish fillet with salt & pepper both side to taste.
  3. In the other tray place the plain flour on the tray coat the fish fillet lightly than  fully deep the fish fillet in the beer batter.
  4. To deep fried the fish fillet carefully hold the fish fillet into the oil by 3/4 of the fish fillet in the oil for 10 sec before release it into the cooking oil.
  5. Deep fried to lightly golden brown.
  6. Deep fried the french fried at 180 degree cooking oil.
