Coffee Smoked Duck Breast
|Fresh Duck Breast||2 Pcs|
|Coffee Bean||150 Gm|
|Tea Leaf||50 Gm|
|Rice uncooked||300 Gm|
|Salt & Pepper||to taste|
- Perheat oven to 170 degree.
- Score the skin of the duck breasts with a sharp knife and season well with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a wok use Aluminum foil as a base add in the rice, coffee bean, tea left and sugar mix well leave it on the aluminum foil place a metal rack above.Put the seasoned duck breast skin down on to the rack, cover with a lid (make a tight seal by wrapping the edges of the wok and lid with foil) and set over a medium flame. Once you smell the smoke turn the heat down low and let it smoked for about 8 min open up trun the duck breast over and let smok for 8 more min.
- After smoked the duck dreast, take out the duck breast and place it on a tray than to the oven bake at 170 degree for 6 min.rest for 5 min before sever
- Tip can keep in fridge and be sever cold, slice the smoked duck breast and sever.
