This is the Five flavour Singapore local Crab Dish that Singaporeans eat the most.

Five Flavour Singapore local crab dish no. 1 is chilli crab. As you know all local like spicy food, especially seafood with chilli. As for chilli Crab we are using Sri Lankan Crab or Mub Crab  it is meaty and sweet and it weigh about 500 gm to 1.2 kg per crab for Sri Lankan Crab, and 300gm to 700gm for mub crab  and you can choose male or female for male crab is more meaty and female crab is the for the crab roe. All restaurants and hawkers stall got their own recipe for it. For the chilli Crab sauce is not really spicy, and this luscious sauce is go well with deep-fried man tous. Cost about $60 up

Dish No. 2 on Five Flavour Singapore local crab Dish is  Black Pepper Crab. Black Pepper Crab is more spicy than chilli crab and is slightly dry not much sauce. can really taste the sweeten of the crab and the spicier.

White pepper crab is on the third in Five Flavour Singapore local crab dish. for white pepper its flavor to be quite nice—not too overbearing in the heat department, a little sweet and salty, a bit of umami.

Fried Crab Bee Hoon is usually includes both male and female crustaceans as the female has silky and umami-rich yellow roe and the male boasts firmer meat, fried with bee hoon and is slightly braised with chicken stock. It can be stand alone order for a meal for 2 – 4 pax. So it is on the fourth in Five Flavour Singapore local crab dish.

Last in Five Flavour Singapore local crab Dish is Grilled Crab. This is a dish that the local like to order when having a beer gathering. This crabs are specially ordered for BBQ and all comes with thick, milky and sweet roe inside as you crack open. you can really taste the sweeten of the crab.
