Flavour Local Charcoal Grilled Satay
Satay is a dish of skewered, All meat is well marinated with Turmeric and spice before it skewers to the bamboo stick. And is grilled on an open fire.
It originates from Indonesia but has become a common hawker food in Singapore.
Typical meats include chicken, beef, mutton and even pork which is sold by the Chinese stall owners.
And usually accompanies with Ketupat (rice cake), onions and cucumbers. A spicy peanut dip is also provided
For the spicy peanut sauce, some come with grated pineapple in the peanut sauce which bring the flavour to a new level with its added sweetness.
